Is this actually about my job, or is it just generic AI training?
It is built around your own work, not generic theory. Finance, Project Management and Operations each get a dedicated session, and every project you build, right up to the final capstone, uses a real challenge from your role. If you are in another function, the core skills of prompting, automation, analytics and governance apply directly to your work.
I have never written a line of code. Will this be too technical for me?
There is zero coding in this course. Everything is done in plain English using tools you already hear about, like ChatGPT, Claude, n8n and Power BI. A 1:15 mentor-to-learner ratio means someone is always there when you get stuck. And you are learning what the market wants: AI job postings for non-technical roles have grown 800% since 2022.
I work in HR. Is there anything here for me?
Let us be straight with you. There is no dedicated HR session in this batch. The three named deep-dives are Finance, Project Management and Operations. That said, most of what HR teams do with AI, from drafting and research to reporting, communication and automation, is covered directly by the prompting, content, analytics, automation and governance sessions.
